We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong focus on Mobile Acquisition to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will monitor affiliate activity, analyze campaign performance, and recommend strategies to enhance revenue streams. Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Activity Monitoring: Oversee and analyze affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to maximize revenue.
Campaign Management: Manage and optimize branding and performance campaigns across multiple platforms, including One Native, Taboola, OTT, News, and PayTM.
Media Planning & Buying: Develop effective media plans that align with clients' budgets and goals, overseeing the entire media buying process from booking to negotiation.
Performance Analytics: Utilize tools like Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, and Adjust to measure KPIs, assess ROI, and generate comprehensive performance reports.
Campaign Optimization: Implement and optimize campaigns by analyzing trends, adjusting bids and budgets, and refining targeting strategies.
Publisher Management: Handle billing and invoicing inquiries from publishers, ensuring high-quality service across various verticals, including BFSI, Education, Gaming, and E-Commerce.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in mobile acquisition.
Familiarity with various buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPV, CPS, CPI, CPR, etc.).
Proficient in analytics and optimization tools such as Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Affise, Offer18, Kochava.
Strong background in campaign management across channels, particularly with first-party affiliates and ad networks.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
